Western Australia has the one permanent
circuit race circuit close to the capital of Perth:
Barbagallo
Raceway
(Wanneroo)

Barbagallo, or Wanneroo as it
used to be known, is located 35 km north of Perth city centre on Wattyl Ave at
Wanneroo.
Wanneroo has a 1.76 km short
circuit or 2.41 km long circuit and direction of racing is usually clockwise.
The track is well known for its
abrasive surface.
Good brakes are a must at this
circuit. The track rises and falls significantly and is a fast circuit.
